Description
Our BMW E36/E46 rear upper arms are truly unique in design.
With competition use in mind, we realised that the bolt holding this arm to the subframe can only be removed if the differential is out of the way. This means that in the event of a crash, only having 5 minutes to replace a damaged arm is virtually impossible, or extremely difficult at best. Therefore, we designed this arm to make make sure it can easily be changed within 5mins.
The arm is made in 2 pieces that can be un-bolted easily. The inner bearing piece is more than strong enough and will never break during a crash, so this section can stay on the car.
Also, the adjuster is placed at the knuckle, making it much easier to do adjustments on the car.
the entire construction is made of high strength structural steel and chromoly tubing. Everything is TIG welded and all the hardware is forged chromoly.
we even add the OEM style sway bar mount too!
